High-Performance (HP) Venturi Air Movers
The COPPUS Jectair® HP sets the industry standard for high-performance air movers, offering superior efficiency and airflow conversion. Utilizing a patented air mixing chamber, the Jectair® HP achieves up to a 40:1 air flow amplification, resulting in a remarkable 26% reduction in compressed air consumption compared to traditional air horns.
Operating Principle:
Compressed air or steam enters the Jectair through a single inlet, directing the flow into a specialized mixing chamber. The Venturi effect is activated as it jets through the nozzle, pulling in a substantial volume of surrounding air through the aerodynamic inlet. The combined air is then accelerated and discharged through the horn-shaped diffuser at high velocity.
Note: Operating efficiency is influenced by the volume and pressure of compressed air (refer to performance charts).
