The Guardair Blind Hole® Vacuum is designed to remove debris trapped inside blind holes safely and effectively. By using pneumatic vacuum technology, it helps eliminate chip fly-back and the additional cleanup caused by blowing debris out of holes.
The BH4000 runs on standard shop compressed air and combines a powerful pneumatic vacuum with an on-demand air agitator. The agitator helps loosen and lift chips or debris located deep inside blind holes and crevices. A clear-view window allows precise positioning for effective operation, while the 5-foot vacuum hose provides flexible reach.
The Blind Hole Vacuum can be mounted on any vertical surface and includes a 5.5-gallon chemical-resistant container along with a standard air filter. The unit is equipped with a 3/8″ FNPT inlet for connection to a compressed-air supply.
