The hooded body protective clothing protects against light liquid splash whilst offering good breathability. It is a liquid-proof and cost-effective suit.
Lightweight and Economical: The suit comprises of a light microporous fabric which is comfortable and provides protection against hazardous liquid splash and dry particulates.
Good breathability: The wearer is comfortable wearing the coveralls because the fabric has high water-vapour transmission & soft texture.
Low lint: The making of the suit is such that it reduces the risk of fibre contamination to the work environment.
Certifications: The coverall gives protection level to Type 5-B, Type 6-B and certified with EN 1149-5, EN 1073-2 and EN 14126.
Exceeds the compliance of EN 368 & EN 14126: Provides protection against biological hazards, the performance levels exceed the WHO protective clothing specification option 1 for Ebola infection control.
The coverall is also available with booties option to provide extra protection
Note: The WHO recommended specification for coveralls against filovirus disease issued in Oct, 2014 stated that healthcare workers should choose appropriate protective apparel, which meets the following two requirements:
Option 1, tested for resistance to blood and body fluid penetration: meets or exceeds ISO 16603 class 3 exposure pressure.
Option 2, tested for resistance to blood-borne pathogen penetration; meets or exceeds ISO 16604 class 2 exposure pressure.
